At 65, Sharon Stone’s legs are *seriously* toned in these swimsuit IG pics

  • Sharon Stone just posted some swimsuit pics on Instagram, showing how strong she looks at 65.
  • Pickleball has been part of the star’s workout routine as of late, but he also indulges in strength training and ThighMaster.
  • Sharon doesn’t eat processed foods or gluten, but opts for meat and chocolate.

If anyone is having an epic summer, it has to be Sharon Stone. The 65-year-old actress has been thriving all season and practically lives in her bathing suits. Of course, that also means she’s busy showing off just how toned her body is these days. It’s evident that Sharon has been working hard both in and out of the gym and she shares plenty of snaps on Instagram in celebration.

The iconic actress just dropped two photos on the gram that show just how strong she is on the next level. First, there’s a shot of a smiling Sharon grabbing a sparkling water from a cooler in a red V-neck one-piece that shows off her sculpted legs and arms. Random.

“Healthy Ish Happy Summer,” she captioned the pic.

In the next photo, Sharon can be seen from behind as she paints. (Erm, yes, she’s an artist too, what can’t she do?). THE Primitive instinct alum is working up cropped cuts of jeans and a bikini top, showing off those toned legs, arms and strong back muscles again. “Have a nice weekend everyone,” she captioned this one.

The comments section immediately lit up with comments from her famous friends. This vibe yes please said Kate Hudson. Be well, sister! wrote Katie Couric.

So what is Sharon doing to get so strong? Apparently, pickleball is in the mix. She recently shared several photos and a video of herself playing doubles on the court. Fun day on the field today playing pickleball! I love these ladies! Sharon wrote in the caption.

Last month, Sharon also shared that she won a blue ribbon in sports, so clearly, this isn’t some random thing she dabbles in:

Sharon said earlier Vogue in 2021 who loves to be active. All you have to do is move, he said. People think you have to go to the gym and you have to put on 3,000lbs of weight all the time, but that’s not the case. You have to move your body and add some resistance.

For Sharon, this includes things like leg lifts and kickbacks when she’s on set. My crew always says, ‘It’s so cool that you’re going down and doing bribes,’ she said. Also, I do all my jazz arm with these lead weights. Pushing up for 15 minutes with a lead weight in hand makes a lot of difference.

Sharon is ~also~ a ThighMaster fan. Frankly, it’s sensational, she said. I put it between my legs while watching TV, and my kids and all their teenage friends think it’s funny, but so do they.

Pilates, circuit training, and dancing at home also keep her toned. I’m not the person who will get on a treadmill and stare at a wall, she said The New York Times.

On the food front, Sharon follows a pretty strict diet. She doesn’t eat processed food. I don’t drink caffeine and very rarely have a soda or alcohol, she said. But I eat meat and dark chocolate. I sugar my tea if I feel like it. I have celiac disease, so I don’t eat gluten. Otherwise, I just eat like a person whatever is hungry.

Sharon Stone, folks!
